We helped gourmet fast-food restaurant Wingmans to achieve cult status as one of the UK’s leading Streetfood brands, win International Awards and adoration of tens of thousands of fanatical fans.
The typical UK high street is littered with tacky, low-end Chicken shops. However, because Wingmans were entering the market their unique, gourmet approach we had to break from the norm.
The risk was that they would appear to look like the high street chicken shops, so we felt it was important for the success of the brand to ensure Wingmans are differentiated and presented as a premium brand.
We chose to depart from the tired and widely-used “Americana” style aesthetic, and opted for a refined colour palette with bold yet simple typography.
The team have gone on to win over ten UK and European Streetfood Awards, including Best of the best at the British Street Food Awards from over 3,000+ vendors nationwide for their lip-smacking and delicious food.
Further highlights have included collaborations with Gordon Ramsey, Glastonbury, 50,000+ instagram followers and a flagship restaurant on Old Compton Street in Soho, London.
In 2020 Wingmans released their first cookbook “Wings and Things” which exceed all expectation by selling out in under a month.
