After the fabulous success of a previous campaign, we were again appointed by Group One to help convey the luxury credentials of their new scheme with another off-plan marketing campaign for a residential development based in Whetstone, North London.
Located in the prestigious N20 postcode, North Twenty is comprised of four luxury lateral apartments and a Penthouse with a very special stunning panoramic terrace offering 360 degree views of North London.
We felt it was important to highlight the schemes sought-after location and chose the name North Twenty to shine a light on this special attribute. To further focus attention on this concept we created a logo based on a stylised compass.
It was the teams preference to keep the colour palette the same as the Group One brand. The idea behind this is to help better establish brand recognition.
To help prospective purchasers to visualise the impressive design, we created a suite of interactive 360 degree spins. This was found to be helpful in removing doubt and provide confidence to make a reservation. Click and drag to look around.
